The Conference Suite is carpeted and built with sound-dampening materials, but please treat it as a shared space and avoid excessive volume when confidentiality is needed.

Do I need to bring my own equipment (like a laptop)?

You’ll likely want your laptop or device, but we provide the main tools: 75″ TV, webcam, sound system, and connection ports.

What if our meeting runs late or we need extra time?

We offer flexible scheduling. If you need more time beyond your booking, just select the “half-day + overtime” option when booking.
